Forest - Unity and Peace activity

Class: Reception and Y1 - Forest Year: 2024 - 2025

In Forest class, as part of the peace and unity focus for World Religon Day we all took part in a peaceful meditation activity. We specifically chose a focus activity. We all sat together and focussed on the activity on the baord. We respected everyone and stayed quiet to allow each other to really focus and concentrate on the activity. 

This is something that we will continue to do in Forest class as it gave us all some much needed quiet time where we could develop focus skills.
