Emergency Services Visit to School

Lesson: Personal, Social and Emotional Education

Class: Reception and Y1 - Forest Year: 2024 - 2025

This half term we had the pleasure of welcoming not 1 but 2 emergency services to school! 

First we visitied an ambulance, some of us tried on the observation clip which is a massive step for us. We know that the ambulance service are there to help us but it can be a little scary at times! Especially as these people are unfamiliar to us. 

Then we had the fire service visit, we were able to go inside the fire engine and sit on the seat, explore the equipment such as the hose and watch the light flash.
